​Laughter is the best medicine 
Human beings love to laugh so much that there are industries built around laughter .

Jokes ,sitcoms and comedians are all designed to get us laughing because laughing feels good .
There is strong evidence that laughter can actually improve health and fight disease .
The ability to laugh is helpful to those copingwith major illnesses and the stress of lifes problems.

But researchers are now saying laughHer  can do much more . It can bring balance to all components of the immune system ,which helps us fight of diseases . Laughter reduces levels of certain stress hormones . In doing this , laughter provides as a safety valve which that shuts of the flow of stress hormones . These stress hormones suppress the immune system , increases the no. Of blood platelets (which can cause construction in arteries) and raises blood pressure .
When we are laughing natural killer cells which destroy tumours and viruses increase , thus stimulating disease destroying antibodies .
Laughter may lead to hiccuping or coughing which clears the respiratory tract by dislodging mucous plugs .

People often restore negative emotions such as anger , sadness and fear . Laughter provides a way for these emotions to be released .
Mental health professionals suggest “laugh therapy” which teach people how to laugh openly to  cope in difficult situations by using humour .
Finally , here are some tops to put more happiness in your life …

-Figure out what really makes you laugh 
-surround yourself with humorous people 
-develop your own sense of humor.
-Be funny as long as it’s not at someone’ else’s expense
