How do you know when enough is enough?

How do you know when you can’t go on anymore?

I know what it’s like to feel like you want to change so BAD, and you just CAN’T.

For some reason there is something that holds you back.

No matter how hard you know that what you’re doing is hurting you, you can’t help but do it anyways.

It feels out of control.

It feels powerless.

Each and every day you wake up and think to yourself, TODAY it’s going to be DIFFERENT!

You have the best of intentions as you go throughout your day, only to find yourself back in the same position, doing the same dysfunctional things, over and over.

What is it that you are afraid of, beautiful soul?

There is so much resistance, so much that you are holding on to.

It is safe to let go.

It is safe to be scared.

It is okay to not have a clue about HOW you are going to do this, if only you just TAKE ACTION anyways.

You don’t have to have everything figured out.

In fact, no one does.

You could make the biggest and best plans in the entire world, but if you’re not meant to carry those out, then you won’t.

We have to begin to shift into a place of intuition and being guided.

Of trusting the Universe and knowing that you are fully supported and completely secure.

It is safe for you to TRUST YOURSELF.

Trusting yourself is not optional; this is a MUST HAVE if you ever want to break free!

Believe that you can do this, no matter what.

That you can HEAL and RECOVER FULLY, no matter what anyone THINKS.

No matter what anyone has told you in the past.

No matter what you believed yesterday.

It can all be changed, instantly, right now.

But you HAVE to make a decision.

You have to begin to live ON PURPOSE.

You have to begin to make your choices and take action from a place of your HIGHEST GOOD.

Taking inspired action– even when it feels scary.

Even when it feels like the hardest thing you could possibly do.


No one really cares how you feel about it, except you, and its so important to continue carrying on NO MATTER HOW YOU FEEL.

Sure emotional healing is great, and we need to heal within in order to completely break free.

But if you wait until you FEEL like doing recovery, well… you will be waiting FOREVER.

There is never going to be a time that feels JUST RIGHT.

You will always feel chaotic, messy and a bit out of control in the beginning when you’re just learning to navigate this new life.

That is the beauty of the journey though.. Learning to step into this life of complete 100% LOVE for yourself.

Learning to accept yourself and love yourself, exactly as you are.

To embrace the journey wholeheartedly and love every minute of it.

To find joy in the journey.

Because you are so worth it, and you are incredibly valuable in this world!!

You yourself, deserve the BEST from YOURSELF, first and foremost.

Because if you don’t love and accept yourself, then WHO WILL?

You have to claim that shit and OWN that shit for yourself!!!

Loving yourself is not selfish; it is the most SELFLESS act you could ever take for yourself and the world.

Because if you give with an empty cup, you are not serving ANYONE.

We must fill ourselves up first with love and appreciation and praise and support ourselves along this journey.

We must fill ourselves up with this LOVE for life, for love, for ourselves and learn to BELIEVE and TRUST in ourselves so that we can move forward!!


Filling ourselves up in whatever way feels good to you– and this looks different for everyone.

It doesn’t matter what you do, so much as it matters HOW YOU FEEL about it.

The goal is to connect with yourself and create an unshakeable bond between you and your true authentic self.

Because the eating disorder is NOT who you are.

Your eating disorder is a manifestation of your past programming, your old unconscious drive to get your needs met– for safety, security, stress relief, comfort and power.


Probably not so well.

If you’re reading this it means that the ED is NOT doing for you what it once did.

We developed the eating disorder for a reason– otherwise we wouldn’t have it, right??

Now is the time to develop the skills you need to grow beyond it.

To overcome the old past programming and find NEW and HEALTHY ways to nurture yourself.

Because its not really about the food.

Its how we feel and believe about ourselves and the world.

Knowing what you know now, it is time to take action on your FREEDOM!!!

To do whatever you need to do today, and every day, to take action on your DREAMS.

You are worth it.

You can do this.

This is the beginning of a beautiful journey for you, beautiful soul!!!
